Every problem needs a different solution. We work with your budget and your goals to understand what will be the Minimal Viable Solution. We usually will start with a weekly deposit and will invoice weekly until we get to know each other.

If you have an existing code base our first step will be a Solution & Discovery so we understand how your code works and can estimate future work. If your a startup looking to build an Minimal Viable Product we'll work with you to identify what that is, align you with a product designer, and build a codeless prototype before coding anything. We typically use Trello for project management and use Zoom for our weekly Iteration Planning Meeting's (IPM). During our IPM's we'll demo the features that were built the previous week, discuss roadblocks, and plan for the next week (iteration).
